I am responsible to ensure smooth operations @NewAge Management Solutions Pvt. Ltd.; We are working as an offshore back-office for various Telco partners operating across the USA.

• Identifying and developing new business through social networking• Facilitating problem solving and collaboration to the team members.• Provide necessary business information & training to effectively participate towards the targets• Staying in contact with our in-house recruitment team to keep them updated about the upcoming technology needs• Cold-calling in order to create interest in products and services, generate new business leads and arrange meetings along with courtesy and follow-up calls• Developing effective sales plans using sales methodology• Meeting sales targets set by board-members• Leading team meetings to stay updated on supply & demand

• Managing team of CSRs for smooth functioning• Updating & maintaining database records• Coordinate with management in USA for swift operations• Hiring & training of new employees and conducting sessions for current operators• Preparing daily & monthly performance reports and conducting quality assurance evaluations.• Handling customer complaints & complex customer queries
