Mohmand Dam is a concrete-faced rock-filled dam located approximately 37 km north of Peshawar Pakistan. The scope contains Employer Colony buildings, Access Roads, Tunnels, a Dam Wall, and a Spillway. It will generate 800 MW of electricity and will help to provide better irrigation in the surrounding area through Tunnels and Canals. My duties included,Updated Project schedules, streamlined critical paths running through the Project Master Schedule, generated ‘S’-curves for client & Management review, and suggested controlling actions to the Planning manager.Completely looked after structural and finishing of all civil/mechanical works i.e., Residential and Substation buildings, Sewerage and Drainage system, Road works, Cable trenches and Power Grid construction, and slope protection & support works at spillway and irrigation tunnels to avoid any project delays.Prepared Delay Logs, KPIs, project risk registers, and progress monitoring dashboards for higher management review.Prepared 3 EOTs and Cost Claims due to security issues in Irrigation Tunnel outlet location and design variations in spillway slope protection works (Higher shotcrete consumption and wastage due to weak strata and lost material after blasting works).Prepared Procurement Service Register and monitored the procurement deliverables so they could be delivered at the site well in the required time.Examined quality-related issues and technical queries in slope protection works and solved them with coordination of design and QA & QC departments.Constructability reviews at detailed engineering design.

BYCO (Cnergyico) produces a wide range of refined petroleum products, including LPG, Motor Gasoline, Kerosene, Jet Fuel, High-speed Diesel, and Furnace Oil. The project scope included the Erection of Static/ Rotary Equipment, Fabrication/ Erection of CS Piping & Refurbishment of Static/ Rotary Equipment, Erection and Installation Services of 3 x 50 TPH Boilers. I have worked on the project as Engineer PMC, core duties were :Preparation of Baseline Schedule.Preparation of Revised Schedules keeping in view the latest scope of work and revised construction strategies.Preparation of Level-IV Schedules for close monitoring of activities.Preparation of Weekly/ Monthly Look Ahead Plans to deliver targets to the site.Earned value analysis to devise strategies accordingly.Preparation of Catch-up Plans to meet the targets in case of delay.Preparation of Monthly/ Weekly Progress Reports.Aided in the formulation of EOT claims.
