With over 25 years of work experience in the field of information technology, I have successfully led and delivered multiple IMT projects and strategies that enhanced the business value and operational efficiency of various organizations. As the Director of Information Management and Technology at the Canadian Commercial Corporation, I oversaw the capital expenditures, budgeting, and governance of the IMT portfolio, and supported the corporation's mandate of facilitating international trade. Previously, as the Senior Director of IS Operations and Security at the Canadian Red Cross, I managed the IT infrastructure and security of the national humanitarian organization, and ensured the alignment of the IS vision and mission with the organizational goals and values. I have demonstrated core competencies in IT project management, IT service management, IT security, IT governance, and IT strategy, and have leveraged their domain expertise in electronics and telecommunications engineering to deliver innovative and effective solutions.
