Key Responsibilities • Provision of Below mentioned reports to management:1. Cost Tracker Report 2. Work Center wise Wastage Report3. Warehouse and Transportation cost report with justifications4. Preventive and corrective maintenance Report5. Division & product wise utility cost analysis • Analyze Labor Head count, Over time and efficiency trend at work center.• Review GMS purchase trend with rate variations.• Perform Month end closing activities.1. Provision 2. Order Settlement 3. Run Cost estimates4. ML Run5. Identify and report variances between actual and budgeted financial results at each month end• Surprise stock count and reporting of RM | PM |Scrap.• Reviewing inventory present at factory storage location.• Annual Factory Budgeting• Financial Validation & Analysis of All Capital Expenditure at production plant

Key Responsibilities • Provision of Below mentioned reports to management: 1.Product and segment wise profit and loss statements 2.Stock in trade valuation 3. Stock in Transit valuation 4.Stock consumption report 5. Budgeted profit and loss statements 6. Consolidated expenses for the budgeted period• Variance analysis of monthly material cost with budget and last month. • Managing and performing stock count process of raw material, parts and finished goods.• Costing of in-house manufactured parts• Performing quarterly Net Realizable Value workings for finished goods and raw material• Facilitating external auditors throughout the audit procedures relating to costing and valuation of inventory.• Processing warranty claim advices against rejected parts from suppliers.• Collection of revenue and capital budget from various departments and uploading in a consolidated format.• Processing of capital and revenue budgets, organizing session with individual departments for the evaluation of assumptions and basis of budget provided.• Budget Monitoring, Transfers and additions through in-house system• Half yearly review of budgets and revisions.• Provisions of various reports and analysis which assist management in decision making and addressing queries of parent company (Suzuki Motor Japan) and shareholders.

• Variance analysis• Recording of Crude Oil Purchases in ERP• Gaining understanding of product costing• Assisting in stock count process during external audit
