• Working closely with R&D team for Product development as per Tech Pack/CAD file • Costing and Price negotiating for order confirmation• Getting approvals on Confirmation Samples, Size Set samples & TOPS • Conducting PP meeting with stakeholders regarding new orders • Responsible for ensuring procurement and implication of approved accessories/trims, care labels, bar codes, RFIDs in production• Ensuring timely flow of accurate comments and feedback to production team• Ensuring timely follow-up of production T&A for timely delivery • Maintaining reports and records of each product and customer• Managing QC procedures and conducting audits • Coordination with logistics and shipping team regarding booking, delivery, timing and documentations of product

• Getting required Sampling from suppliers and timely dispatching to customer• Conducting PP meetings with customers and then with suppliers• Working with supplier’s development team for developing high end fashion apparels at affordable price for customers• Working with Development team for making range samples to share with target customers as suggestions for next season orders• Forwarding approvals of accessories & trims to be used in production• Suggesting and approving dates, T&A plans as per required lead-time • Coordinating with manufacturer monitoring real time WIP • Monitoring Quality Assurance of suppliers • Assisting suppliers to ensure timely documentations, shipping & delivery • Market research for finding better apparel suppliers for inquired garment sourcing.
