Responsible for preparing the yearly consolidated business plan and compare it monthly with the actual to verify the discrepancies.5. Responsible for preparing the year end forecast quarterly (3+9 , 6+6 , 9+3) and compare it monthly with the actual to verify the discrepancies.6. Control Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for business life cycle (AR DSO, Inventory DSO , AP DSO) 7. Responsible for all analysis reports needed from sales department and the management teem to help in the decision making. 8. Responsible for the monthly consolidated financial statements and the achievements percent according to the company plan.9. Analyzing the company’s financial figures by using Hyperion Analyzer.10. Seek new ways to improve efficiency and increase profits.

1. Managing the Business Planning Department in Raya Integration.2. Supervising the Quarterly forecasting of year-end results.3. Responsible, Presenting and managing monthly financial reports needed in the Business Review Meeting (BRM) 4. Preparing the Companies Business Plan (Company Budget per year).5. Reviewing the Business Plan.6. Support the decision making process by performing profitability analyses of products/ projects as well as help to implement reporting systems. 7. Analyzing the company’s financial figures by using Hyperion Analyzer.8. Monitoring the operation of variable calculation in accordance with the HR Department.

1. Responsible for customer invoicing cycle ( tracking invoices request , compare it to the customer contract, issuing the invoice , recording the invoice in the system )2. Costing process (make the monthly estimated cost journal according to the estimated GP in the P&L , allocate out inventory transactions to the projects , reviewing any other costs before allocating to the projects , adjust closed project’s cost with the actual cost )3. Prepare projects analysis report to the financial manager and any other reports needed from auditors (internal & external )4. Assist the IT department to implement Oracle financial system
