Current Providing Solutions and overseeing all construction works of a projectwith futuristic buildings and landscapes. Monitoring and inspecting civil structural works that involve a varietyof different Concrete and Steel structures, Curtain walls, UndergroundUtilities and Tunnels, Trusses, Skylights, Pavements, etc. Reviewing shop drawings, calculations, and analyses of constructionmaterials for basic and complex situations. Ensure progress and conformance to design and specification bybuilding codes and standards. Assessment and approval of Vendor Pre-qualification documents. Researching and negotiating with suppliers and vendors to procure materials that meet design and specifications. Quality assurances and control of the works and materials at the site. Review project contractual documentation, activity schedule, reports, and correspondence between client and contractor. Undertaking cost analysis for building projects, expertise in commercial matters, invoices, and cost estimation for new tenders. Managing contract modifications change orders, and performing variance analysis against project budgets. Leading meetings and liaising with clients and contractors. Analyze, evaluate, and plan methods of approach, as well as organize means to achieve the solution to technical problems. Trained for safe working procedures and evacuation as per SEC standards.
