▪ Maintain and create trainees record.▪ Conduct pre & post training test.▪ Conduct feedback from each trainee.▪ Distribute and dispatch certificates to trainees.▪ Maintain participant’s daily attendance record.▪ Direct reporting to company’s manager.▪ Coordinate with training center HR staff and with company’s manager.

▪ Scheduled appointment with the travel guide.▪ Maintain and create traveler’s documents file for record.▪ Proper screening of the traveler’s passport and documents required for the travelling.▪ Provide services and guidance before departure.▪ Ensure and check travelers are fully vaccinated as per the requirement.▪ Maintain checklist of the entire group of travelers.
