Independent communication with Owners / Brokers / Receiver and shipping agents etc.Negotiate all fixture terms, review charter parties – Gencon and NYPE and review all vessel certificates.Prepare standard voyage charter and time charter Pro-forma charter party.Maintain close follow up with post fixture operations team to ensure smooth running of the day to day operational matters/ issues. Guidance to charters on lay time calculations and operational to protect their right and enable them to maximize their profit.

Negotiations and Corresponding with the Vessel Owners through Broker which are situated worldwide. (London, Dubai, Singapore)Responsibilities as a Vessel Operator:Managing the operations with a trade group or group, instructing vessels, agents, contractors and stevedores on a daily basis.( Region of Trade From Australian , USA, Indonesia and Canadian Market to Pacific Markets, Middle East, ( Iran, Iraq and KSA) and Pakistan ). I as an Operator plan the voyage of the vessel in association with the Vessel Operations Manager. I am also responsible for arranging payment of proforma DA’s and cash to Master’s requests and conducts port reviews, agents appointments and Ocean routing.Under my responsibility I need to prepare reports on productivity and make plans to resolve any issues and improve productivity.Participating in meetings with stevedores and agents in respect of Loading and Discharging plans. I am responsible for Bills of Lading, manifests and provision of Letters of Indemnity. As a Ship or Vessel Operator I assist the Line Manager with enquiries, gathering any information requested.The post fixture documentation is also my responsibilities which includes Lay-time and cross pounding with P&I Club.
