I had the privilege of working on the Amaala Hotels construction project under the leadership of Tiejun Company, where I played a crucial role in ensuring the highest safety standards across all aspects of the project. My expertise was applied to evaluating and mitigating potential hazards in key areas such as height works, scaffoldings, housekeeping, material storage areas, parking areas, waterproofing, and the handling and storage of chemicals, among others.This experience sharpened my ability to manage high-pressure situations and maintain strict adherence to safety protocols, even in extremely fast-paced working conditions. It enhanced my capacity to identify risks quickly, implement effective safety measures, and coordinate seamlessly with various teams to ensure a safe and efficient working environment throughout the project.

I have had the opportunity to work on the Shura Island project in collaboration with Tiejun, a prominent construction and engineering firm. During this time, I was actively involved in ensuring that all health and safety protocols were meticulously followed throughout the various phases of the project.My responsibilities included conducting risk assessments, implementing safety measures, and coordinating with multiple teams to ensure compliance with local and international safety standards. Working on Shura Island allowed me to further sharpen my expertise in managing safety for large-scale, complex projects, contributing to the overall success of the development.
