I hold an MBA degree in HR Management from the University of Central Punjab, where I learned the fundamentals and best practices of strategic management, conflict resolution, and employee benefits. I also acquired hands-on experience as a Human Resources Intern and a BSO at United Bank Limited, where I handled payroll, compliance, and customer service tasks. I am passionate about HR and its impact on the organizational performance and culture.
