A creative educator with an astute analytical approach, I am a detail-oriented academic coordinator who depicts strong communication skills. I have the knowledge and skills that enable me to design classroom materials and curriculum, assess educational materials, make necessary changes in the instructional and curriculum plans and set new standards for various educational contents supported with effective technology integration. I have a proven capacity to design training programs and remedial co-curricular activities to support vulnerable learners and control learning barriers.In my current position as an academic mentor, I ensure the delivery of English and French GCSE and A level of the UK curriculum. My role includes, but is not limited to, the following:- Work with students effectively to support the development and implementation of strategies which will contribute towards effective learning, behaviour, performance and achievement.- Effectively manage studies ensuring it is a positive learning environment for the students.- Contribute and develop high quality academic mentoring within the Sixth Form and A level and evaluate its impact.- Lead and support students through the UCAS process into university, apprenticeships and alternative routes liaising with universities, work placements and outside agencies.- Work in collaboration with all members of the team to ensure administrative tasks are completed effectively.Previous educational involvement and experience abroad:I was responsible for delivering an effective curriculum, achieving the goals of the English Language Centre at Taif University in Saudi Arabia, meeting benchmarks and learning outcomes along with coordinating various faculty activities from 2012 to 2022. I also assisted in screening and hiring faculty applicants, providing guidance and support to academic trainees, developing and managing academic support programs, overseeing teacher training activities and managing conferences and workshops.
