Projects:Directorate of Education Azad Jammu and Kashmir Professional Development Program for Schools of Azad Jammu and Kashmir:Scope of the project: This capacity building program covers capacity building training of over 6000 employees of the educational sector under 18 different capacity building areas. Under my domain particularly I am responsible for the capacity building of JST & SST Mathematics teacher in considering the requirement of 21st-century teaching skills.Major Responsibilities:• Development of Training Manual based on TNA finding• Conduction of ToT according to the specification of Training Manual• Post-training analysis/Report writingSindh Education Foundation Professional Development Program for School Partners & Head Teachers:Scope of the project: This School Management Training Program covers 2200 schools supported by SEF and over 3000 school leaders have been trained. Major Responsibilities:• Design tools for TNA• Conduction of TNA at 5 district• Post-TNA analysis/Report writing• Development of Training Manual based on TNA finding• Conduction of ToT according to the specification of Training Manual• Conduction of training over 10 districts• Post-training analysis/Report writingSchool Education & Literacy Department Government of Sindh Teachers’ Capacity Building Training Program:Scope of the project: This capacity building program covers over 6000 government school teachers of secondary science & mathematics subjects.
