- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues by running diagnostics, documenting problems, and providing resolutions.- Manage assets, including desktops, laptops, and servers, by performing troubleshooting, repairs, installations, and upgrades.- Oversee virtual servers and handle the installation and upgrading of computer components.- Utilize monitoring tools such as Datto RMM, CW Control, CW Automate, Webroot Antivirus Enterprise Management, Threat Locker, and Huntress Protection.- Manage tickets through Autotask and monitor servers using Datto RMM.- Prepare and provide documentation, including technical specifications, for implementing or upgrading IT infrastructure.- Administer and manage both virtual and host servers.- Lead desktop and helpdesk support efforts, ensuring prompt resolution of desktop applications, workstations, and related equipment issues with minimal disruption.- Handle capacity and storage planning as well as database performance management.
