SEW-EURODRIVE opened its subsidiary in UAE. The Dubai branch consists of a sales office and a DTC (Drive technology Center). The DTC will have an assembly plant and a service workshop where we will be assembling new units and servicing units sent by our customers.-Sales, after sales and technical support.-On site service, troubleshooting and training

- Planning and organizing tasks in coordination with the sales, design and manufacturingdepartments- Attending concept meetings to propose new and more efficient solutions- Designing new mechanisms by dynamic analysis and simulation- Generating G-Code for 4 axes CNC mill from 3D models and supervising the manufacturingprocess- Implementing a new drilling and tapping solution for thin plates- Creating a standard library for standard conveyors and modular mechanisms in 3D

- Coordination with the customer, sales, designers and the manufacturing department- Designing custom conveyors and end of line machinery according to customer specification- On-site follow up during installation and commissioning- Introducing the Autodesk Inventor software and training the engineers on its operation- Implementing the Vault Data management system for all inventor projects and training users on its operation- Writing Excel macros (VBA language) to automate tedious calculations and motor power estimations.- Introducing the camera inspection and robot packing solutions
