Saad Haji worked as a Robotics Deployment Engineer with Amazon Robotics. He worked on the Directed Palletization program where he successfully deployed over 20 projects in 15 different states and Canada. He worked with teams of 3PAs, along other deployment engineers, safety personal, and stakeholders while delivering Amazon’s leading-edge robotics technologies in Amazons fulfillment, transportation, and delivery network. This role allowed him to work directly with his clients ensuring he understood his clients needs and concerns, and made sure he was able to create project pitch, timeline, and a smooth and successful deployment. In this role he was also able to provide feedback to design and solutions teams that improve deployability and user experience, Identified lessons learned, incorporated best practices, proposed continuous improvement, and found solutions to optimize the things that should not exist or things that might delay or stop production/operations. He had previously with Jones Lang LaSalle for about 1.5 years on the Corporate Solutions side as a Facilities Engineer, where he worked directly and remotely with his team to manage facilities for his client (PepsiCo; managing factories, warehouses, and distribution centers). Graduated January 2020 from State University of New York at Plattsburgh as a professional student leader and mentor, pursued triple degrees in Accounting, Business Admin, and Management Information Systems. With his vision to learn, experience and grow, he kept himself busy all throughout college, where he become a student leader on campus and in student organizations, became a resident assistant, worked with the University Police, and participated in 3 unpaid internships to gain crucial skills and experiences in different fields, in which one internship he had the opportunity to work with the Plattsburgh City Hall on the $10,000,000 Plattsburgh Revitalization Initiative where he worked on ideas and research to best utilize and take advantage of the initiative funds. Some of his interpersonal skills include, but are not limited to, leadership, communication (verbal and written), networking, analytical thinker, teamwork, team leader, adaptability, organizational and program planner, deployment engineering, sales, and skills in Microsoft Office, Corrigo, Chime, Search Engine Optimization.Saad worked very hard to get through his three majors, while being voluntarily involved on campus in many ways. His character and leadership has polished his professional image.
