As a product owner, I - manage a team of 10 innovators and experts in the sensors and interface competence of EUV dose control- maintain a long-term plan for the team in line with the ASML business needs- set clear goals/deliverables for the team members based on skills and experience- help my team achieve the targets by coaching, ensuring smooth workflow, and keeping focus on content and quality- maintain end to end ownership of select projects delivering value to EUV business. Responsibilities include planning, managing dependencies, risks, and stakeholders, effective status reporting, and executing the project to completion in time and with required quality.

As an integrator, I - integrate new products from EUV dose control into the existing and new product lines- create integrations plans and align them with a broad range of stakeholders, both internal and external- handle escalations and issues related to our deliveries

As a design engineer, I -Design HW to enable effective dose control for the EUV business line at ASML-Specify design requirements for manufacturing, implementation, and serviceability for our products-Write and maintain accurate and thorough documentation-Provide factory and field support for testing new products and troubleshooting issues

Designed and fabricated Bolometers and FDM (frequency division multiplexing) based readout scheme for the SAFARI project of the European Space Agency mission SPICA. Research areas involved include micro/nano fabrication, transition edge sensors (TES), superconducting physics, electrothermal actuation, detection, and feedback

Designed, fabricated, and experimentally characterized numerous M/NEMS devices for • mechanical computing, • MEMS coupled structures and their applications in RF mixing, filtering, amplification, and mechanical computing, • pressure, mass, and gas sensors, • theoretical and experimental investigation of linear and nonlinear phenomenon in M/NEMS resonators such as internal resonances, veering, and mode localization, • investigating the use of analytical methods such as method of multiple time scales used for theoretically analyzing MEMS resonator systems.

• Extensive teaching experience in the range of Mechanics where, for two semesters, I performed the duties of an instructor for undergraduate mechanics lab courses.• Revised Mechanical Engineering Lab curriculum and teaching methodology, which resulted in improved student interest, learning and grades.
