- Roles and Responsibilities:• SOC Analyst Level 1.• Monitoring and manual analysis of logs, and triage responder of Cyber Security events with the useof SIEM (QRadar).• Investigation of incidents and report incidents to the concerned Departments.• Daily incident report review and incident response tickets SIRP (SOAR).• Provide analysis and trending of security log data from a large number of heterogeneous security.• Investigate and escalate the case of phishing emails, malicious URLs & attachments reported by internal end-users.• Follow-up on incidents remediation activities as per Severity & Priority according to defined SOPs & TAT.• SIEM Dashboard creations.• Check Custom developed Dashboards, Anomalies in the environment.• Creation of Use-cases based on (CKC) Cyber-Kill-Chain.• Regex developments for field extraction to attain better readability of logs.• Create KRIs Stats Reports.• SOC Monthly Report Creation.• Hands-on Experience with IBM QRadar, SIRP, FortiAnalyzer, Microsoft 365 Defender, and WAF.• Perform Day to Day tasks such as IOCs and CVEs escalation to the concerned departments.• Execute daily ad hoc tasks.- Client Served:Banking Sectors
