Responsible for the end-to-end management of the Fund, from set up to sourcing/assessing investment opportunities and assist with capital raises. Key focus on leading transaction diligence and portfolio management through:- Qualitative and quantitative analysis of investment opportunities, including detailed financial analysis and modelling; - Transaction structuring, risk analysis and credit underwriting;- Preparation and negotiation of transaction documentation, including presentations to Investment Committees;- Cross functional stakeholder management, from origination to settlement, engaging multiple stakeholders; and- Ongoing monitoring and reporting of portfolio investments.

Portfolio management responsibilities included ensuring compliance with ASIC / regulatory requirements and investor reporting on a timely basis. Also assisted in ongoing capital raise exercises with prospect wholesale and institutional investors. Successfully underwrote ~A$80 million of bespoke structured loans with ~A$50 million of executed mandates in the pipeline.
