I build web experiences and lead digital content production operations for the JPMorgan Private Bank website (1m+ visits/month). Since joining the firm in 2015, my work has spanned across multiple disciplines such as UX design, front-end development, product management/strategy, and web governance. Key highlights:- Delivery of the new J.P Morgan Private Bank website. I was directly involved in all aspects of the site, including UX strategy, content migration to Adobe Experience Manager, writing user stories, designing authoring/publishing workflows, SEO, and accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.0 AA).- Manage day-to-day web production operations with a team of 7 direct reports.- Define and implement quality assurance/control standards to help maintain regulatory compliance and create a frictionless user experience.- Collaborate with regional and cross-functional teams to develop and maintain a product roadmap and deliver new features and enhancements for multiple web properties.
