Graduate Asset Integrity Engineer
Current• Accurately analyze large volumes of visual data from offshore infrastructure to identify and annotate mechanical, structural, and static equipment.• Accurately identify, validate, and interpret on-site data, engineering schematics, CAD models, and piping & instrumentation diagrams (P&ID) for final deliverables.• Draft Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for data analysis and annotation processes to maintain consistent quality.• Utilize engineering software like G-Suite, AutoCAD, Autodesk Navisworks, Polyworks, Metashape, Cloud Compare and work with point cloud data to represent structures and components accurately.• Ensure accurate categorization of mechanical and structural elements into damage classes by understanding and applying different material standards for effective asset management and maintenance.• Generating technical condition assessment reports for offshore assets based on visual inspection data.• Implementing and overseeing quality assurance procedures and methodologies, ensuring accuracy and consistency at process stages. Including quality assurance reviews of isometric drawings, structural drawings, CAD models, condition assessment reports and annotations. • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in asset integrity management, contributing new ideas for process improvements and innovations.
