Responsible for strategic account management on large staffing accounts serving the IT, finance, and life sciences industries in the US. Develop strong relationships with assigned clients and identify opportunities for farming and new business development on all accounts Handle client management, service delivery, operations, and employee management for recruiting teams Work closely with recruiting team leads to prepare client retention reports and develop client retention strategies Monitor client performance goals and ensure all recruiters achieve their performance goals on assigned clients Follow the client induction process and ensure new clients are delighted with iPlace’s service and quality Ensure a consistent high-level of performance on existing clients Anticipate client concerns, communicate the concerns to the head of recruiting, and proactively resolve the problem areas Ensure revenue and operational goals are met Coach top performing employees and assist in grooming them for leadership positions at iPlace Assist in hiring and retaining top performing recruiters for iPlace; participate in the induction process of new hires Ensure recruiting team develops a culture of accountability, pay-for-performance, and respect for all employees while maintaining a pleasant Work environment
