Operation Efficiency Specialist
Current- Lead and oversee projects focused on enhancing operational efficiency across various functions such as risk management, compliance, customer service, and back-office operations.
- Develop project plans and timelines in collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks/roadblocks, and implement corrective actions to keep project on track.
- Analyze existing workflows and processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Design and implement strategies to streamline processes, reduce manual tasks, and automate repetitive functions.
- Utilize analytic tools such as Tableau and Incorta to gather insights, identify trends, develop dashboards and visualizations to present data-driven recommendations and track progress towards operational goals.
