As a co-founder of a startup, my responsibilities included the following:Developing the business idea and strategy: Worked with your fellow co-founders to identify a unique business idea, create a business plan and develop a strategy to execute it.Raising funds: Pitched my startup to investors, and secured funding to get our business off the ground.Building a team: My fellows and I hired the right talent, delegated responsibilities, motivated and managed our team to ensure the company is successful.Developing and marketing the product or service: Worked with my team to develop and market our services to the target audience.Networking and building partnerships: Developed and maintained relationships with other startups, industry experts, and potential partners to help our business growth.Managing finances: Kept track of the company's finances, including creating and managing budgets, forecasting revenue, and monitoring cash flow.Handling legal and regulatory issues: Ensure that our startup is compliant with legal and regulatory requirements, such as obtaining licenses and registering the company.As a co-founder of a small start-up, I gained experience in entrepreneurship, leadership, and strategic decision-making. I played a key role in developing the company's business plan, securing funding, and building a team to drive growth and success. I ensured implementation of Agile methodology by developing a hybrid approach of KANBAN and SCRUM model to ensuring smooth project management for small start-ups. As a Business Analyst I majorly focused on the extraction of the requirements from the client; documentation of those requirements, preparing Project Charter, SoW, RFP and also FSD of the projects. I also conducted retrospectives to remove barricades and ensure better productivity of the team. Furthermore, I developed parser for a GCC-based compiler.
