­ Develops and implements engineering schedules and work plans.­ Provides detailed engineering design in support of projects:­ Support of projects with engineering/screening studies, estimates, equipment specification, vendor/contractor review, commissioning and start-up.­ Participates in the planning, cost development and management, and scheduling for assigned projects.­ Provides specialist engineering diagnostics, troubleshooting and recommendations to ensure availability, address equipment failures, support investigations, and improve equipment strategies and reliability. ­ Directs activities to ensure that construction, installation, and operational testing conform to functional specifications, recognized codes and standards, and customer requirements. ­ Provides engineering reports and technical reviews. ­ Maintains engineering standards, specifications, best practices and other key engineering data.­ Executes feasibility studies to increase system outputs and production optimization recommendations. ­ Undertakes any other assignments required from time to time, to fulfil the job purpose.

• Directs the provision of detailed engineering support services relative to the design, engineering, procurement and construction for projects, facilities maintenance and infrastructure upgrades, in accordance with best practices, industry standards, safety, statutory regulations and Company policies/procedures.­ Develops and manages the delivery of optimized engineering contracts and procurement strategies to best support the operations business needs. ­ Performs the role of custodian of updated key engineering data including Standard Operating Procedures, Standard Maintenance Procedures, Bill of Materials, Drawings, Technical Specifications, and Area Classification Drawings. ­ Provides technical advice and guidance on Asset optimization, troubleshooting and engineering design. ­ Conducts research and prepares studies and technical reports on latest engineering technology developments, codes, standards and best practices. ­ Provides technical advice and guides subordinates and clients in the evaluation and selection of equipment and materials. ­ Ensures compliance with Asset Management Systems and Procedures. ­ Implements HSE standards and ensures adherence to same. ­ Develops strategic goals, objectives and key performance indicators for Operations and utilizes Performance Management System to measure, manage, and motivate performance. ­ Develops and implements staffing strategy and effectively leads a team of professionals by developing talent and cultivating a high-performance culture. ­ Directs the development of departmental budgets and monitors and controls utilization.

• September 2018 – November 2018: Responsible for the development and management of detailed scope of works, project schedules and detailed cost estimates for; pipe racks, foundations, structural steel and other civil works; mechanical vessels, equipment and pipeline refurbishment and installation, at Atlantic LNG. Specifically, on the Train 1 Life Extension, Sewage Treatment Plant and Liquid Thermal Oxidizer Projects.• March 2019 – February 2020: Responsible for successfully delivering and managing bpTT’s fabric maintenance services contract which encompasses the development and review of detailed scope of works, project schedules, detailed cost estimates, HSSE guidelines and quality deliverables. Specifically, fabric maintenance, scaffolding services and mechanical modifications and repairs across bpTT’s Greater Mahogany Field, Greater Cassia Field, Terminal and Beach Field Assets. These works are executed via planned routine work (day to day) or coordinated campaigns.• March 2020 – June 2022: Responsible for the effective management and engineering of Shell’s EPC1 Contract which comprises of the development and coordination of detailed structural and piping designs, detailed scope of works, project schedules, detailed cost estimates, HSSE guidelines and quality deliverables. The Scope of Works for these projects range from anywhere between Shutdown/Turnaround Planning and Execution, Structural, Piping and Mechanical involving Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication and Construction/Execution across Shell’s Beachfield, Central Block, Dolphin, Poinsettia and Hibiscus Assets. Main Project/Construction Engineer for All Shell Shutdowns and Turnarounds 2020, 2021 and 2022.­ -Develop, review and manage detailed scope of works according to the stakeholder requirements and ensuring that these scopes have accurate and attainable project schedules and budgets to guarantee the successful completion of projects according to the required standards.

• Responsible for the engineering, procurement and construction of onshore and offshore projects such as pipe laydown areas, wireline and rigging workshop upgrades, training center and security buildings refurbishment, muster point design, quay wall upgrades, marine base fire hydrant upgrade, tank foundation and walkway construction, bund wall assessment, cafeteria design, breakwater repair, platform decommissioning etc.• Responsible for offshore infrastructural development of Petrotrin Trinmar Operations’ South West Soldado Field. Projects included; the fabrication and installation of five (5) offshore riser platforms; permanent production facility (compressor platform, service platform, production platform and vent platform); geotechnical investigations; well design and optimization; fabrication and installation of sixty (60) sub-sea pipelines; topside piping; electrical equipment etc.­ -Effectively perform Site Visits and produce detailed Scope of Works and Drawings according to the relevant requirements, codes and standards. -Effectively participate and review detailed designs including working with structural design software (STADD, SACS etc.) and drawings.­ -Develop high level schedules during the planning phase of the project to determine its duration which directly provides input into the detailed cost estimation. Scope of Works, schedules and cost estimations were used to build invitation to bid packages.­ -Prepare and review engineering documents such as Construction Execution Plans, Lift Plans and Design Reports.­ -Manage and supervise construction works inclusive of; Construction Supervisors, HSE Representatives, Riggers, Welders, Fabricators, NDE Techs, Divers, Crane Operators, Field Engineers, Planners, Materials Handlers, Logistic Coordinators, Various Third Party Contractors etc. involved in onshore and offshore infrastructural upgrades; fabrication and installation of piles, jackets, decks, subsea pipelines, topside piping etc.
