- Work with client site team to understand the CR’s.- Involved in Project Management activities such as scheduling and preparing Project Plan, assigning project tasks.- Involved in application development process, to minimize defects in product and deliver quality software.- Mentor and provide technical/domain training to the team.- Maintain daily report of development, testing and deployment activities.

- Work with business development and other departments as needed to understand and prioritize product change /enhancement requests.- Work with creative, IT, and development departments to gather and disseminate project requirements.- Assist in the quality assurance process associated with code release to development, staging and production servers.- Participate in planning meetings for new site initiatives.- Document, clarify and articulate requirements and bring thoughts to the discussion.- Distribute reports summarizing project milestones and associated tasks.- Create rough wireframes and functional diagrams for developers using Microsoft Visio.- Work with partners to ensure deliverables and associated tasks stay on track. - Work with the team during development phase, perform code reviews, optimize code, perform stored procedure reviews, and optimize DB.- Define test cases , arrange cross party testing
