- Managing a diverse credit portfolio of primarily leveraged and structured deals as well as some large corporates. Size range from £250k to £20m.• Working with a high degree of autonomy with clients, professional introducers, in house Relationship Managers and Regional Credit Heads to identify and craft viable transactions to put to credit committee.Portfolio Management:• Monitoring concentration risks over time and undertaking sector analysis in areas where there was significant exposure or where further lending was being targeted. • Creating and processing waiver requests.• Reporting to Institutional Investors on their large exposure and concentration risks, including scenario analysis on pipeline deals.

At Reuben Chase I was primarily tasked with researching the Big Data and Business Intelligence markets and creating a presentation for the consultants. I also created a white paper on new IT technology within the financial industry.

Worked on the shop floor serving customers and then moved to the online sales department helping customers order goods and resolve any issues with any orders.

Dexion Capital raise capital for alternative assets from institutional and other investors. I researched markets, in particular the hotel market, where the firm was looking to source assets or counterparties to raise capital. I also attended meetings where asset managers pitched possible investment ideas, and assisted in further analysis to determine whether the firm would look to raise funds for them.
