• Develop TNA and materials that cover various aspects of restaurant smoot operations.• Impart successive training secession to new hires, introducing them to the restaurant's culture, policies, and procedures.• Maintain open and effective communication with management and staff• Managing Training Frequencies & Imparting Training to 2,500 employees.• Managing 12 different projects of Monal Group in Islamabad/Peshawar/Lahore/Bhara/Murree• Up-to-date with industry trends and apply best practices in restaurant management team• Collect feedback from employees regarding training programs• Encourage a culture of continuous learning and development• Maintain records of employee training and certification• Encourage cross-training among staff to improve flexibility and efficiency• Identifying areas where employees may need additional training• Record keeping /orientation to new hires/daily employees attendance/training feedback etc.• Train staff on delivering excellent customer service, including handling customer complaints, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive attitude
