I like to think of myself as hard working, punctual and a good team player, but also confident and enthusiastic when working on my own. I am an effective communicator, being able to adapt my technique to different situations whilst always remaining professional and empathetic to those around me. I am honest, trustworthy and a quick learner and as well as this I have a keen interest in learning new skills and furthering my education. My eight years of experience working in retail has equipped me highly with being able to organise and prioritise my work as well as allowing me to remain proactive in finding solutions to problems and dealing with difficult queries or discrepancies.I have always taken a big interest in the construction industry and the way that buildings are built and having now completed my degree I feel that now I have the right foundations as well as the right personal attributes to be able to work in this profession. Not only do I have a great passion for working in a construction project, but I also believe I will gain great satisfaction from being part of a project that can help other people and change communities in a positive way. I am also open to moving for the job role and understand that it may require me to do so.
