Core Responsibilities: Responsible in ensuring that team members are aligned with the company’s DNA and Core values and are practicing it consistently at work. Work with operations, Compliance, Systems and relevant teams to review current process flows. Recommend and implements to ensure client satisfaction, desired financial and regulatory goals are met. Be responsible for billing, posting, collections follow-up and other relevant processes for assigned Clients/Teams and/ or any other specific processes or lines of business while achieving individual operational targets. Achieve operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews. Prepare and complete actions plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change. Other assigned responsibilities: Take steps to improve the knowledge on all relevant areas including billing, posting, collections, preparation of reports and other related processed while keeping up with the changes in the industry (that would impact your respective client and/or team). Review and recommend/implement updates to existing billing/ collections/ posting and any other relevant processes and documentation for new and existing lines of business. Ensure the Team/Department achieves assigned operational targets by providing support and work in synergy. Actively take interest in training and mentoring associates, ensuring that all knowledge gaps that exist within the team are identified, addressed and eliminated. Ensure that any other duties assigned by the immediate superior/management are performed, as and when the need arises by the company.
