A total of eight controllers were upskilled under my guidance. I was responsible for preparing syllabi and planners for ab-initio junior officers and newly posted officers at the base. Monitor the progress of junior officers and prepare written and practical tests, which include simulator practice.I assessed different types of professional requirements at various levels of training and and at different stages of career of officers and air warriors. I discussed them with higher authorities and prepared a color-coded syllabus for officers and air warriors. After preparation of syllabus a color-coded, a color-coded professional level tracking system was designed to understand present professional level of officer/air warrior and work required to reach next level.

Project manager for providing steel roof ceiling and hand railing in ATC tower. Discussed with Garrison Engineer of the station to spell out the restrictions on working hours, material dumping and security restrictions for the working of contractor to include them in contract. Requirements and suggestions from air warriors performing duties at ATC were collected. After visiting site, provided all inputs to engineers to prepare line diagram for the work proposed.After commencement of project there were few suggestions for improvement of assets. I analyzed those suggestions taking into account the contractual, technical and financial implications. then, discussed with stakeholders for purpose of suggestions/changes and deviation from previously defined scope and budget, also it's effect on planned schedule. Thereafter, changes required for the project were presented in detail to Air-Officer-Commanding for approval. The approved changes were formally communicated to all stakeholders.Continuously monitored physical progress of actual work by regularly visiting site. Compared the progress of work against sanctioned scope and planned schedule. I ensured that budget deviation was within authorized limits.ACIEVEMENTS- After completion of project there was increase in usable space in ATC tower by 20%. It also improved aesthetics of working space.- Improved working space condition resulted in 20% enhancement in performance and happiness quotient of air warriors.

NOC cell is responsible for giving No Objection Certificate to any new installation to be installed in the vicinity of aerodrome. For clearing any installation, it is to be checked carefully if installation is falling in any obstacle limitation surface of aerodrome, in respect of height and LATLONG. In case installation can not be build at specific location, officer is also responsible for suggesting appropriate changes that can be made to clear the installation.

A qualified Radar controller with vast experience in ATCR-33S (phase 2 & phase 3) along with PAR 1M and PAR 2080 C radars. I have undergone Air Traffic Sector Surveillance course (ATSS) from Air Traffic Control Officers' Training Establishment (ATCOTE), Hyderabad.I have radar controlling experience in joint user, pure military and training flying airfields.Responsibly handled simultaneous operations of different types aircraft with different requirements. Prioritized aircraft in emergency while assisting others with least possible average delay. Efficiently headed a team of approx 70 SMEs for seamless aircraft operations.

Lead a project for modification of taxiways, widening of tracks and provisioning of drainage facilities at Air Force Station. Efficiently liaised with Chief Work Engineer of the zone to prepare and finalize schedule and scope of the project. Worked with project team to divide project schedule into phases. Continuously monitored physical progress of work on ground. Regularly compared progress of project to planned work and sanctioned scope to avoid any delay in schedule and ensured adherence to scope. Also ensured project completion within sanctioned budget. Finally completed the project worth 73 Million (approx) by planned date of completion and within agreed budget and scope.ACHIEVEMENTS- After completion of project, there was increase in space for maneuverability of aircraft. Thus, it enhanced aircraft movement rate by 15%.- Before this project there used to be frequent water logging at aerodrome. The place witnesses heavy rains during monsoon. After full implementation of project, the drainage facility of aerodrome was improved. It assisted in better aircraft operations at aerodrome, especially during monsoon season. It registered 20% increase in aerodrome utilisation.

I was responsible for carrying out physical check of air warrior residential area, where 1500+ air warrior stays and dine. After carrying out through physical check suggested procurement of potato peeler machine. I was involved in procurement process as well. A potato peeler machine increased efficiency of meal preparation at Airmen Mess by 20%. It also automated the process and involved less time. Two mess boys were replaced by automated machine and they were deployed for other duties of station.Suggested to provide shelter between kitchen and vegetable cutting area. It was an open space before. I lead the project of shelter construction. It increased usable space for working people by 15% and improved satisfaction level of employees by 20%.

To monitor and supervise Tower controller while his/her tour of duties. Responsible for man power management of shift of almost 90 air warriors performing different sets of duties during fighter flying. To monitor documentation at ATC tower.

As Tower Controller, ensured incidence free flying in joint user airfields in mixed (both fighter and civil aircraft) flying environment with 'zero error atmosphere'. Efficiently managed almost 22 air warriors during tour of duties. I was actively involved in all military flying operations during this time.

Prepared lesson plans as per CBSE regulations while conducting practicals for students. Prepared innovative assignments and projects for students to understand concepts in depth. Clear communication with students and parents for expectations and thier performance. Assisting school staff on other duties like preparing assignments and question paper. Mentoring new educators on classroom management. Advise principal on new strategies for new teachers and students.
