* Responsible for paying all the utilities bills for the company.* Making outbound calls to different companies to make sure the invoices are paid.* Maintaining vendor files for future use while reviewing all invoices for priorapproval.* Successfully resolving billing disputes and accurately posting date.* Monitor general ledger accounts and assemble numerous financial reports.
