My role as an Operations Team Leader is similar to my role as a Multi-Skilled Team Leader but it also includes managing and leading a team on shift, based within the Rental Equipment Hire department. I'm trained and worked within multiple areas in the building - Food & Beverage, Rental Equipment Hire, Slope Patrol, Sales and Birthday Parties. Being a 'Multi-Skilled Team Member' helped develop my skills in various different areas within the business and helped develop my communication and leadership skills, especially working within a team which was crucial to the role.In 2017, I was awarded the "Snow Centre Team Member of the Year" award for my hard work and service working for the Food & Beverage department.
