Delivers accurate and timely completion of the enrollment and re-validation for all WakeMed Physician Practices providers and groups of providers with all payers. Preserves confidential credentialing information in CACTUS. Remain abreast of current guidelines for all governmental and third-party enrollment processes with an emphasis in government agencies. Facilitates CMS 855 applications for the purpose of individual and group provider enrollment using PECOS. Utilizes CAQH in the initial credentialing and for payer re-credentialing of non-delegated providers. Participates in peer interviews to help identify the best candidates for available jobs, aids in the onboarding process of new hires, trains new hires on the various aspects of their job and helps to develop and support fellow team members.

Assisted the Provider Enrollment staff in maintaining enrollment of our providers with all commercial and governmental payers.
