• Member of the business unit leadership• Lead the Project managers team - Accountable for all deliveries, finance, and HR allocation of the business unit• Partner and work closely with the Site Senior Leadership Team on executing our site strategy• Keep the Israeli Site top of mind where it matters.• Create external relationships with the community to drive strategic programs and sponsorships important across all sites business units• Align with corporate development teams on operational enhancements• Communicate to all Stakeholders on quarterly progress, guide escalations processes with senior leaders• Choreograph executive visits to meet leader objectives and create fans and proponents of Israeli Site • Connect AT&T Israel to programs and efforts happening across the larger AT&T organization - be an amplifier for AT&T Israel internally• Identify opportunities to create community amongst employees.• Partner closely with shared services teams (Legal, Recruiting, Finance, Operation, IT, HR, etc.) on-site goals and identify opportunities for operational effectiveness.• Event execution for site-wide events
