As an Onboarding Manager I have the opportunity to welcome our new clients to the world of conversion optimization and introduce them to Leadoo's products. Our journey with the client begins with a kick-off meeting where we map out the client's needs and wishes, set their upcoming goals, and brainstorm on their web pages and suitable conversion tools & solutions. After this comes the creative bot building part. Depending on the project, the bots are build either by me or by our wonderful conversion specialists. On our onboarding phase my responsibility is also to educate our client on how to use our platform and set expectations, as well as open up new possibilities for the future. Then, after necessary integrations are completed & bot solutions are done, the client goes live and our onboarding journey starts to come to an end. 🚀During client’s first month live, my responsibility continues for the project by making sure that the implementation of Leadoo runs smoothly. The end of my journey with the client comes, when client’s journey continues with one of our Customer Success Managers.

As a Conversion Specialist I was responsible for the conversion solutions created for and implemented to the client's web page. I consulted our clients and planned the optimal botsolutions, created the copy and designed the visual effects, to be in line with the client's brand, as well as their needs and wishes. I also helped clients understand and analyze their own CTAs and open up new conversion opportunities. Together with the other Customer Success team members I made sure that our clients would never miss a lead again!

Nordic Business Forum is one of the biggest and most influential business conferences in the world. In previous years Nordic Business Forum has had world class speakers such as President Barack Obama, Gary Hamel, Amy Cuddy, Sir Richard Branson and many others. Customer Service is highly praised at Nordic Business Forum by its 7500 C-level customers (rating from the 2019 event: 5,6/6).I'm taking part in the Leadership Program, which provides an opportunity for 16 handpicked students to participate in a series of customer experience and leadership development training sessions. The main goals of the program is to prepare the program participants to work as Team Leaders for groups of students at the event and to equip them with skills, training, coaching and practical experience to prepare them for their future careers.My tasks as a Team Leader include (but are not limited to): promoting the working opportunity and engaging student candidates, interviewing and recruiting the right candidates to work at the event, and building and coaching a team of students while they work as Customer Service representatives at Nordic Business Forum 2020 in Helsinki.
