At the moment I work as Senior Planning Officer at Finnish Institute for health and welfare (THL). Position includes implementing National Mental Health Strategy 2020-2030 and developing national mental well-being tools and models. In addition my work includes educating recovery orientation.Also I work as a part time development consultant (työnohjaaja), who helps individuals and groups with work-related experiences, emotions and challenges and finds new perspectives and ways to work together. I enjoy supporting and helping groups and individuals.About me, I am a social psychologist with work experience in different kinds of social work f. ex. immigrant, crisis, addictions, youth and unemployment services. I have experience of management positions and several coordinating duties. Also I have been volunteering in different organisations in the past years. I enjoy working with people, different groups and networks.
