We have 170 employees in Finland and will continue to expand.I had a very broad, independent and “hands-on” role as being liable for all HR management in Finland. To mention the most important achievements:- I managed to set up the required HR framework (e.g. recruitment, onboarding, talent & performance and working ability management processes, policies and guidelines) to ensure the Finland operations are compliant with legal requirements and company standards, as well as bringing the HR function to more strategic, professional and modern level- I succeeded to outsource our salaries and create the new process of handling payroll matters with the selected service provider. - I was honoured to lead the Employer Branding & EVP project in group level. this included convincing our management team in Sweden that this project is crucial in order to success in the future.

Kämp Group has 500 employees.In this luxurious hotel and restaurant group, my main successes consisted of:- Gathering all the managers together on a monthly basis to “morning porridge” and hereby strengthening internal communication, HR process knowledge and the meaning of exceptional customer experience in our hotels and restaurants- Launching and planning the group training calendar comprising all the management training programmes as well as on-going onboarding, work safety and wellbeing trainings- Strengthening our Employer Image by doing co-operation with schools, marketing dept. etc.- On everyday basis, leading and executing annual people processes and supporting managers in employment related matters.

Finnish Institute of Occupational Health, FIOH, is a research and specialist organization in the field of occupational health and safety.In this recognized research organization, my biggest achievements comprised: - Managing successfully several development projects (workplace health promotion, knowledge management, age management, new recruitment system, onboarding…) and being responsible for many HR processes- Planning personnel training, leading mentoring groups and developing leadership capability- Developing HRM benchmarking and metrics as well as being responsible for HR reporting.
