As Field Sales Manager I worked as manager for sales professionals. When starting the position my objective was to create structure to the team and its operational and strategic priorities. I’ve worked within the chocolate segment (Snickers®, Twix®, Mars® and M&M’s®) and with the petcare segment (Nutro® NATURAL CHOICE™, Pedigree® and Whiskas®) being in charge of theSPT channel with full responsibility of the advertising & promotion budget set for the channel, top-line growth and bottom-line profitability.

My main responsibilities were daily routines regarding the assurance products as assurance management, assurance registration, running of monetary transactions and fund exchange. My tasks also included support for the Handelsbanken office network, guidance of assurance clients, organizing client events and marketing.

My main tasks were regular bank functionary duties as cashier service, payment service, opening of accounts, fund commissions of private persons, and card management with a strong focus on customer service.

Main tasks were settlement of stock exchange orders, handling share issues, dividends, and updating in the settlement- and deposit system.
