Outgoing exchange students' guidance, practicalities (applications, forms, grants) and administrative tasks (SoleMOVE-application system and statistics). During this role I was responsible for the process of taking SoleGRANT-system into use in TAMK. This process included gathering information, feeding information to the system, keeping in contact with system producer, testing, and producing guides for users and admins.

My main responsibilities as International Officer have been different development projects related to internationalisation, coordination and administration of international mobility (students and staff, Erasmus+), supporting the strategic partnership process and being the main user of the online system for mobility (SoleMOVE). A big part of my daily routines have included various marketing tasks (social media, brochures, guides, webpages, content production, brainstorming), organizing and hosting different events and giving technical support for SoleMOVE users.

My main responsibility as International Assistant was taking part in an education export development project. I conducted a research to find out the level of readiness in starting education export at HAMK. My research resulted into a publication in 2011 (Selvitys lähtötilanteesta koulutusosaamisen viennin aloittamista ajatellen). I had an active role in participating to undertakings related to education export (e.g Future Learning Finland). I also got to be creative and come up with new procedures and tools for launching education export activities. My role as International Assistant also included coordinating a Finnish Language and Culture -course, taking part in planning events, international marketing, student guidance in international mobility, statistics and different assisting tasks in data mining.
