As a Senior Agile Coach and aspiring Engineering Lead, I am passionate about fostering environments where teams can thrive and continuously improve. My journey with Agile began during my Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering, where I first encountered the principles of Agile and Scrum. Since then, I’ve been dedicated to deepening my knowledge and applying it practically, having completed a Certified Scrum Master course with the Scrum Alliance to strengthen my foundation.Over the past few years, I’ve worked with teams at Staffbase to promote growth, empathy, and adaptability in our fast-paced, customer-centered world. I’ve had the pleasure of hosting workshops, hackathons, and enablement sessions to nurture a proactive, collaborative culture. In each role, I’ve seen firsthand that theory is only part of the picture—real-world application requires adaptability, critical thinking, and a strong commitment to building trust within teams.I’m committed to driving meaningful progress and empowering those I work with to excel. My future goals include stepping into a more strategic role where I can leverage my experience to lead teams and shape impactful solutions.
