The Flemish Centre of Expertise in Suicide Prevention (VLESP), is a partner organisation of the Flemish Government for suicide prevention. With our team we focus on developing, testing and implementing methods and tools for the promotion of mental health and the prevention of suicide in an evidence-based manner.

Ph.D. in psychology funded by VLAIO and CREAX via a Baekeland mandate, the Ph.D. topic concerned the development of implicit knowledge about innovation via simulation training;HR consultancy assignments for CREAX;Implementation of an innovation training for The Foundry (UGent) & Avans Hogeschool;Collaborations with international scholars to develop and execute research projects; Research visits at San Francisco State University (November, 2017), and Colorado State University (May-June, 2016);Supervision of a research intern and multiple master dissertations.

R&D project in collaboration with CREAX to develop and validate a simulation test (INNDUCE.me) for measuring professionals' ability to innovate;R&D project 'Technopreneurship voor iedereen', which focused on the development and validation of an assessment tool (Hunchup) to measure students' entrepreneurial potential.
