In 2016 I joined the Zahnärztliche Tagesklinik Dr. Eichenseer, based in Germany, as Chairman and CEO. A rapidly growing group of large Dental Clinics, Private Equity supported, providing a broad range of Dental Services. During this period, I transformed the Group from founder led to a professional managed company that is expanding rapidly with new clinics across Germany. From 2010 till 2017 I joined Saasen Group, a leading provider of services in the Occupational Health sector. During this time the group expanded to a national player with a broad product offering, all supported by unique digital systems allowing the customers to have a real-time and on-line view on their occupational health efforts across all their sites. I joined Henry Schein, Inc. since their start in Europe in 1991:• As member of the European Executive team I was responsible for business acquisitions and integrations (M&A).• During this period we have grown from zero to $3 billion in annual sales and over 5.000 staff members. • In all cases I either held the position of CFO or CEO during the first period post acquisition. • Directly responsible for achieving the acquisition goals (strategic as well as P&L). From 2011 till 2019 I joined the board of www.OneMed.com (then a www.3i.com investment). • OneMed provides services, support systems and medical supplies to healthcare providers across Europe (12 countries)• OneMed is also following an external growth strategy in Europe.• In January 2015 OneMed itself acquired Bosman in the Netherlands, followed by other bold on acquisitions in 2016, 2017 and 2018.• In 2019 we concluded with a very successful Exit.
