I have extensive experience in vacation rentals and have enjoyed the industry since 2009. I provide technical expertise and ongoing training to our software users, as well as outstanding verbal and written help. I also establish and manage customer relationships utilizing strong problem-solving and IT skills. To learn about new clients, product advancements, and procedures, I rely on a variety of teams with diverse experience, including sales, IT development, and senior management. My aims with each engagement are to understand the client's needs, engage them, and create rapport.
