- Overall supervision on all sites activities to ensure that works are completed in accordance with the Approved Specifications, Project Quality Plan, and Scope of work, Method Statements & Inspection Test Plan.- Preparation of all documents related to inspections, conduct inspections with the client & ensure that the activity is accepted and signed off.- Experience and Knowledge in Quantity inspection works. - Executing works & site activities as per approved drawings.- Carrying out site HSE and Quality audits on a regular basis.- Experience and Knowledge in Wood works (wood cladding, wooden ceiling & doors) & fixation methods.- Experience and Knowledge in different types of false ceiling types: gypsum board, wooden, metal ceiling.- Experience and Knowledge in Waterproofing works.- Experience and Knowledge in plaster, painting, tiling & stone cladding works.- Experience and Knowledge in firestop materials & application methods.- Calculating required quantities for materials prior starting with activities.- Experience in preparing punch list for construction activities.- Experience in preparing closeout for snags.- Knowledge in procurement procedures & required preparations based on the employer’s requirements.
