Currently, working as Lecturer at Beaconhouse International college. Ph.D. Research Scholar in Strategic Human Resource Management at the Zhengzhou University of China. Prior to my doctorate, I have 18 years of education titled “M.Phil. in Management Sciences” and two master's degrees, titled; M.B.A Human Resource Management & M.Sc. Computer Sciences.In addition to my expertise in academic background, I have 8 years of immense teaching experience in management sciences. I served the renowned universities of Pakistan & China as well, in which top of the line is “the University of Agriculture Faisalabad”, “Government college University of Faisalabad (GCUF), “National University of Modern Languages (NUML)”, & served as a research assistant at “Zhengzhou University China”. Last but not least, having an international exposure of China, Malaysia & Sri Lanka. Moreover, I have several certifications concerning to HEC Professional Competency Enhancement Program for teachers.Concerning the publications: I have one conference paper that was held in Santiago, Chile; & 4 ESCI Journal publications, and many more high-impact factors in management Science. I am highly effective at incorporating creative leadership skills to achieve business objectives. I am fully skilled to deal with projects that improve efficiency while meeting deadlines and budget requirements.
