Currently working with SYDRC to deliver their MPower programme within secondary schools across Camden. This project was introduced in response to the 'Exclusion to Prison Pipeline'. Duties include working directly with young people to support and encourage personal development and growth. Also creating sustainable and healthier relationships between teachers, students and parents through direct intervention meetings.

Evening hours on a casual contract with Camden Giving. On the Kilburn Community Research team, with the objective of making Kilburn a safer area with more opportunities for all.This citizen-led initiative was started to highlight the unique needs of this socio-economically deprived area. Duties also include - Co-designing research methods- Conducting interviews- Leading Walking ethnography - Co-producing recommendations from findings- Presenting findings to key stakeholders- Data collection, analysis and visualisation collecting - Face-to-face engagement with citizens and citizen-led businesses/organisationsEncouraging local participation as well as engagement, by building strong community networks and relationships. Emotional intelligence and investment is a key part of this, as gaining the communities trust whilst respecting their needs is key. Partnered with UK Research & Innovation as well as in collaboration with Somers Town Community Research Project.
