 Assist and manage all Organizational activities regarding to Program  Administrate all Official assignments relevant to HR, Logistics, documentation and some extend financial issues of Multan Division. Planning of various activities designed in Program. Organized & conducting trainings at Provincial level  Monitoring Polio Campaign activities and Govt. field staff  Participate Evening meeting with EDO(H) staff and with DCO Do market survey and LQAS through ODK Maintain and update a proper computerized information system all type of data  Maintain and analysis data through IDIMS and Dash Board Assist in getting campaign coverage from all districts and its timely compilation and sharing with the provincial and federal offices Update and analyze campaign data at district as well as union council levels. Identify problems/.inaccuracy in data full administrative support to the Program. Drafts, reviews correspondence. Takes notes at meeting. Up data and analyze DDM through DDM Software, Staff relevant data, issues, problems at district level and its sharing with the provincial office as well as federal Office. Maintain all Soft and hard record and sharing Provincial Office Arrange appointment, receive visitors, screen telephone calls, and respond to routine request for information Make travel arrangement and process security clearances. Book accommodation and arrange airport transfers as necessary. Coordinate with provincial offices and follow up on requests for renewal of UNLPs, contracts.
