Successfully Implemented Cost Accounting Sytem in following Projects executed by the Company; Armed Forces Officers Club & HotelDamac Hills Akoya ParkMamsha Al Saadiyar Beachwalk Jumeirah Al Wathba Desert Resort Yas Acers DevelopmentDubai Hills Boulevard• Monitor cost control activities and project progress. • Effectively lead team to achieve Organization objectives. • Coordinate and resolve issues work with Project team for delays/deliveries. • To verify suppliers xpenses are within budget and their proper allocation. • To create project budget with operations team and negotiate price and terms with vendors and subcontractors • To verify and approve purchase orders in compliance with approved project budget. And incase of any variances seek clarification from operations team. • To Ensure project closing cost is complying with approved budget and alerting Top Management if there are any cost variances for corrective actions. • To verify Sub- Contractor payment certificate against provided substantiation such as approved inspection reports and site engineer instruction. • Reminding site teams about the remaining budget complying with Estimated Budget. • Reconciliation of Project Expenses with finance team on monthly basis and sharing the reports with Management. • Assisting Project Manager and Finance Controller in allocating budget for each phase of project.

• To monitor and Control total project expenses. • To upload approved Estimated Cost in the ERP and ensure the LPOs are processed with full compliance • To ensure throught out exceution Project expenses are complying the approved budgets. • To notify project team about any rectification of cost center deviations. • Periodic notification to site team of remaining budget • To ensure project closing cost is complying with approved company budget.

• Create reports that track current spending in relation to the overall budget in order to present to Management.• To coordinate with procurement to review the purchase order for material and ensure the delivery as per schedule.• Receives and verify invoices for services.• Ensures that Local Purchase Orders are matched with the invoices of goods and services.• To perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by management.
