Assistance to the plant management in the production, maintenance, warehouse, logistics, and operations departments. Administration of over 150 employees (performance evaluations, promotions, training, etc.). In the production area: preparation of production orders, raw material calculations, KPI control, report preparation, production scheduling, and staff scheduling according to projects. Purchasing: obtaining quotes, meeting with suppliers for improvements in materials, PPE, and equipment. Sales: managing sales orders, and preparing daily progress reports for each project. Logistics: vehicle fleet control (usage, consumption, maintenance, etc.), product entry into the system, and key item control in material and supply inventories.

Administrative and customer support, both internally and externally. Handling incoming calls from clients, suppliers, and the general public, as well as logging and reporting on these calls daily. Managing office supplies inventory within the company. Assisting in human resources activities such as coordinating training sessions and internal events.
